You don't know what the Azurduy Plan is? So it must be because you didn't pay attention to one of my previous videos<\/a> where I told you about this.\u00a0<\/p>

Azurduy Plan is an educational proposal on testing for young mothers. What it promotes is their labor insertion and the reduction of the gender gap in the IT world. Last year the first edition was made and very good results were obtained. You can see some of them in this video.\u00a0<\/p>

Today's video is about how successful was the previous edition and my participation in the IT-inspired women's panel where I had the opportunity to share my experience with the new group of women and with the other colleagues who participated in the panel.\u00a0<\/p>
