In this course we will learn to identify, analyze, plan and monitor risks.<\/p>

Lo destacado del curso es la planilla colaborativa de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos t\u00edpicos<\/strong> que entre todos estamos construyendo. All\u00ed vas a encontrar los riesgos t\u00edpicos que aplican a un proyecto de software testing o de desarrollo con testers. Estos riesgos m\u00e1s frecuentes se armaron de manera colaborativa y entre todos seguimos completando la planilla con sus respectivos planes de mitigaci\u00f3n y contingencia<\/strong>. El objetivo es que no tengas que reinventar la rueda y que, cada vez que inicies un proyecto de estas caracter\u00edsticas, tengas mano este listado para poder instanciarlo en tu proyecto.<\/p>

Es un curso te\u00f3rico – pr\u00e1ctico, tanto con ejemplos cotidianos como de proyectos de software.<\/p>
