Empowering moms in technology

A few days ago I had the opportunity to share my professional development experience with the girls of the Azurduy Plan.

The Azurduy plan is an educational experience carried out by Eidos, Wollox and Microsoft with the aim of reducing the digital gap in the IT field. Taking this into account, they developed a study program in which they trained women (who are also mothers) so that they can be inserted into the workplace as testers.

In this video I tell you more about the Azurduy Plan, my participation in the panel, which companies supported this initiative and how was the experience of my contribution.

Many thanks to Valentina Guffanti and Lara Pizarro for letting me be a part!
